The REVO 2 Tamper is ergonomically designed to form to your hand and help with elbow alignment over the tamping base to provide the perfect grip and posture required to distribute pressure evenly. The grooves in the base allow a Barista to feel the top edge of the portafilter basket to ensure a level tamping and reduce the vacuum. Once the coffee is tamped down, the tamp is revolved and the grooves assist with the removal of non-tamped coffee grounds from the basket sidewall. This unique cleaning and polishing motion supports a barista’s desire to consistently extract amazing espresso.
The REVO 2 tamper handle is topped with a beautiful chrome plated latte art inlay as the standard inlay. Different inlay options are available for the REVO 2 when purchased in a combination set that includes the Primo, the REVO 2, and the tamp holder.
