Purchased a Espresso machine from Voltage. I had trouble late at night (my fault) trying to get the machine set up correctly and was very worried I wouldn't be able to open shop the next day. David was very helpful. We met at the SCA show, he then took the time via email and phone to help me pick the right grinder. The grinder is great. The web site said the grinder was out of stock, however David checked for me and either the website was wrong or the grinder was due in like the very next day, so David changed the website inventory and I was able to order.

There was an order SNAFU where the funnel arrived without mounting holes and the kit was missing the back plate. A bit later the correct parts arrived. Just like the grinder, these are heavy duty items and made to stand up to daily use and abuse in a commercial setting. Installation was easy and my grind to weight mod makes grinding coffee easy and fun.

First order from Voltage. Sent wrong item, requested support for resolution and have not heard back from them. Will update review if issue is resolved. Update 5/14/22: Received correct item today. Kudos to customer support. Looking forward to becoming a regular.

Would have given 5 stars, but item ordered was not in stock. Was not listed on website as not being in stock. I did received item in time for what I needed, so ended up not being a major problem, but did cause a little stress. Did a very good job of keeping us updated via email as to status of order. That was very good and much appreciated. I would order from them in future, and once I've determined that the item I ordered is correct and works correctly, then I will order some spares.

Voltage has been so accommodating, we originally order a machine that was not going to be able to ship for 2 months they called us and gave us some options to get our new expresso machine here this in 2 weeks and installed. Amazing our salesman Matt went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

The Conical Valve for the GS3 is a huge improvement over the plethora of "O" Rings of the original iteration. Apart from the fact that adjusting the microswitch position so that it functions correctly, which took me the better part of several hours, is something that should be addressed, I am happy with the improved performance overall. I cant say whether it makes a better cup of coffee yet, as I am not well versed with the esoterica of the process, but at least the valve no longer leaks! Is it worth the upgrade price? probably not, as I think it should be made a mandatory replacement from the factory at no cost, on the other hand, what choice does one have?

Works great. Top cover little lose. The bottom insert scratches easily. Not the best placement of power cord.
