OUR PROCESS

• Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment Monday - Friday unless otherwise noted. Please see specific products for more detail on lead times.
• Free Shipping is valid for Standard Ground Delivery to the lower 48 U.S. states only.
• Free Shipping Freight is valid to the lower 48 U.S. states only. All freight orders must ship to a business or commercial address to qualify for free shipping. We charge a $100 surcharge for residential address freight delivery.
• We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment

PAYMENT

• We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Cash.
• All in state residents of Colorado will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.
• Promotional and coupon codes are subject to change without notice. Coupons are not applicable on orders through our finance option.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• We ship via FedEx and USPS daily and email tracking information upon shipping.

• We ship via R+L Carriers and YRC daily for freight orders and email tracking information upon shipping. All residential freight orders are subject to a $75 fee.

LOCAL PICKUP

• FREE local pickups.

• Simply select “Local Pick Up” at the time of checkout.
• All local pickups must be collected at our Erie location by appointment only.
