If your delivery didn't arrive or arrived damaged, please send us the following so we can help you quickly:


  1. Order #
  2. Email address associated with order
  3. Pictures of:
    1. The condition of the outer most box your item was delivered in
    2. The condition of the interior box(es) holding your item(s)
    3. Any places of visible damage on the item(s)

Once we have your info & pictures, we'll start our process and get back to you as soon as we have an update.
