Free Economy Shipping on Most Orders Over $129
- FREE shipping on orders over $129 and a flat fee of $9.99 on orders less than $129 within the lower 48 U.S. states.
- All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico apply UPS's calculated rate based on size and distance.

- Delivery to Post Office Boxes is not currently available.
- We do not currently ship to addresses outside of the United States.
- Expedited shipping is not available. However, if you have an urgent order, text or call our Sales Team directly (720-734-6257).
Freight Shipping
- FREE on most freight-sized orders shipped to an address in the lower 48 U.S. states only.
- Flat rate shipping based on region for all Fetco, Bunn, and Willbur Curtis equipment.
- All freight shipments must be signed for by an adult upon delivery.
- A shipping surcharge may apply for limited access areas.

$200 Flat Rate Freight to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (Additional surcharges apply to coffee brewers requiring freight to AK, HI, or PR.)
- Important Information about your Freight Delivery:Ā Your order will be delivered curbside on a full-size 18 wheeler.
- You are responsible for:
- Being available to receive and sign for freight delivery
- Noting damage and/or missing items on the carrier's delivery receiptĀ BEFORE signing and accepting the shipment
If you do not make note of these issues in any way on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without declaring these exceptions, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.
Upon inspection, if any piece of the shipment is damaged or missing:
- Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ex. "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on the espresso machine", etc).
- Keep your copy of the delivery receipt (ex. take a photo with your phone)
- Contact us within one business day.
- Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.
- Take photos of the damaged items and all packaging.
- If there is significant damage, which you believe has rendered the product(s) inoperable, refuse to receive the order entirely and contact our Customer Service team.
Shipping Notes
- Orders do not ship over the weekend.
- Packages do not ship on major U.S. holidays.
- Please see specific product pages for current shipping lead times.
- We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order.
- Estimated shipping and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
- Weather delays, backorders, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact lead times.
