Ditting 807 Filter Coffee Grinder

Replacing the 804 line, The Ditting 807 Filter is easily the most versatile coffee grinder in the 807 range. Featuring several internal and external upgrades, the 807 Filter features an adjustable fork and slide for grinding directly into the center of any brew basket up to 10” in width. Other external upgrades to this grinder include a more modern design, a stepless grind adjustment with easy-to-read indicators, and a new electronic switch. Internally, the 807 Filter utilizes 80mm flat, steel burrs that are capable of grinding up to 30 pounds of coffee per day. Dual fans have also been added to the 807 line to maintain consistent temperatures and particle uniformity at any grind size from Turkish all the way up to cold brew. The default burrs can be swapped for the same premium cast steel burrs found in the 807 Lab Sweet if desired, and the 807 Filter is suitable for bag grinding as well as single-dosing with minimal retention, making it a true multipurpose coffee grinder.
