Ditting 807 Retail Coffee Grinder

The Ditting 807 is a retail coffee grinder with 80mm flat, steel burrs that are capable of grinding up to 30 pounds of coffee per day. External upgrades to this grinder include a more modern design, a stepless grind adjustment with easy-to-read indicators, and a new electronic switch. Like the 804 before it, it includes a vibrating shaker plate that helps to settle grounds when grinding directly into bags and a spring-loaded clamp holds bags firmly in place for hands-free grinding. This grinder is optimized for bag grinding, and it offers a full range of particle sizes from Turkish to cold brew. Dual fans have also been added to the 807 line to maintain consistent temperatures and particle uniformity at any grind size.
