La Marzocco Linea Mini

The re-imagined, fully updated Linea Mini from La Marzocco is a classic espresso machine that has stood the test of time as one of the most reliable home espresso machines on the market. The upgraded Line Mini features a large, 3-liter steam boiler and a group cap that has been adopted from La Marzocco’s commercial espresso machines. It comes in a variety of colors that make it the focal point of any home espresso bar or low-volume commercial environment.

The newest iteration of the Linea Mini, sometimes called the Linea Mini R by the coffee community, draws on the heritage of the Linea Classic S commercial espresso machine, incorporating updated Della Pietra curves and aesthetics. Also new to the Linea Mini are the Soft Touch components, which are found on the semi-automatic paddle, steam knob, and hot water knob. Another update to the Linea Mini is the integrated shot timer, found just above the paddle, to assist in pulling precise shots of espresso each time the machine is used. 

One of the most exciting updates to the Linea Mini is the new, two-valve, soft saturation pre-infusion feature with a self-cleaning flow restrictor. When plumbed in, you can use the La Marzocco Home app to set your desired parameters to experiment with different recipes for the perfect extraction. If the Linea Mini isn’t plumbed in, try using the pre-brew feature to explore similar options. La Marzocco has also built the new Linea Mini with the Brew-By-Weight scale in mind, allowing you to program your machine to stop at your desired espresso yield for unparalleled consistency.
