La Marzocco Swan Grind-by-Weight Mod Kit

With the new Coffee Station feature in the La Marzocco app, users can connect their compatible Home or Professional equipment to access the Grind-by-Weight feature. Grind-by-Weight uses the La Marzocco Connected Scale* to automatically stop grinding once the desired coffee weight is reached in the portafilter. By linking the La Marzocco Swan to the Connected Scale, users can effortlessly alternate between Grind-by-Weight and Brew-by-Weight modes based on the scale's location. When a Swan Grinder is paired with a compatible Professional espresso machine, Grind-by-Weight automatically records the number of burr rotations required to reach specific weights, allowing users to switch smoothly between Grind-by-Weight and Grind-by-Revolution modes if the scale needs recharging or if a quicker workflow is preferred.
