La Marzocco Linea PB SmartSteam Wand

La Marzocco has recently announced SmartSteam, a brand new product feature available to add to any new Linea PB order*. SmartSteam is designed to add functional automation to the milk steaming process, automatically stopping the steam pressure when the sensor in the steam wand reaches a programmed temperature. Simply program your desired temperatures in the menu, start steaming by pressing the button for your SmartSteam steam wand, and aerate your milk like you usually would. When the milk approaches your ideal temperature, the machine will automatically cut the pressure, resulting in perfect milk temperature every time.

*The La Marzocco SmartSteam wand cannot be retrofitted onto existing Linea PB espresso machines, and is only available on new orders. Please select which side you prefer the SmartSteam wand to be installed on. This feature may extend your machine's lead time.
