The EK Omnia grinder is equipped with a range of advancements that make it an indispensable tool for commercial environments with high demands and expectations. The introduction of Library Mode, a new technological innovation, enables users to store their preferred grinding recipes, complete with notes for the bean name and desired coffee output. When combined with the Pre-Dosing Unit (PDU), a volumetric hopper, the EK Omnia automatically adjusts to the precise burr distance in microns and grind time as specified in the recipe. The front-facing LED screen serves as a powerful and user-friendly interface for making ultra-precise, micro-adjustments to the grind size.
The ability to save grinding recipes seamlessly integrates volumetric dosing with micron-level grind size settings. The grind size is measured in real-time by micron distance, eliminating any guesswork or reliance on industry standard adjustment dials. Once a recipe is selected, the grinder instantly fine-tunes both the burr distance and pre-dosing unit to precisely match your chosen parameters for a hassle-free and precise workflow.
