The Soft-Infusion System (SIS) aids in this process by gently wetting the espresso puck before ramping up to a full 9 bars of pressure, reducing channeling and increasing extraction.

The White Eagle also offers Victoria Arduino’s auto-steaming technology with cool-touch steam wands and ergonomic push/pull steam actuators. Pair this feature with volumetric dosing, and the barista’s workflow becomes simple and efficient.
