Voltage Labor Warranty For Espresso Machines

Voltage Coffee Supply is proud to offer a labor warranty with many of our commercial espresso machines.  These warranties are in compliance and conjunction with our factory partners parts warranties, following their general guidelines for what qualifies as a valid warranty claim.  

At a high level, we offer a labor warranty for the same duration as the parts warranty on: La Marzocco (Commercial), Mavam, Modbar, Sanremo (Commercial), Schaerer, Slayer, and Synesso espresso machines. 

While we strive to make sure you are a satisfied customer, there are some situations that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal-wear parts: these include gaskets, filters, o-rings, grinder burrs, parts classified by the factory as wear-and-tear, and other moving components.
• Problems relating to water damage, poor water quality, and scaling:  Using water outside of the manufacturer's specifications is the most common reason for the machine and parts failure.  Make sure you test your water and replace your filter on time.  
• Products where the serial number has been damaged or removed
• Operation of the machine outside the parameters stated in the user documentation
• Any product that has been damaged as a result of an accident, abuse, misuse, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance/cleaning, neglect, installation, mishandling, damage during shipment, line power surges or any external causes
• Modification to the equipment from outside sources
• The expedited shipping cost
