Keep in mind, when buying used equipment: We test each and every item and guarantee them on arrival, but you will need a qualified industry technician for installation and maintenance.

• NEW: A brand-new, unused, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable).
• NEW OPEN BOX: New, unused items, with damaged or replacement packaging. The product is in proper working condition and includes all factory accessories and packaging (unless otherwise noted).
• DEMO: A demo unit is a piece of equipment that was on display or used at a trade show, manufacturer showroom, or for product training.
• REFURBISHED: A used item that has been professionally restored to working order by the manufacturer or professional technician. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition.
• USED - EXCELLENT: An item may have minor cosmetic marks from use, storage, or shipping. The product is in proper working condition.
• USED - VERY GOOD: An item may have noticeable cosmetic marks from use, storage, or shipping. The product is in proper working condition.
• USED - GOOD: An item may have significant cosmetic marks from use, storage, or shipping. The product is in proper working condition.
• USED - AS-IS: On occasion, we offer as-is items without a warranty. When these items are offered the condition, pictures of the unit and notes will be outlined on the specific product listing page.
