The Pietro Hand Coffee Grinder is an innovative and ergonomic multipurpose manual grinder designed for precision and durability. Its premium materials, sleek design, and specialty burrs combine to deliver a beautiful, sturdy, and precise hand grinder.
The Pietro is the first hand grinder with vertically mounted flat burrs. Its burr construction geometry aims to deliver you perfect extraction with almost zero grind retention. The burrs, manufactured in-house by Fiorenzato, are made of Böhler M340 stainless steel and covered with a black coating specially made for Fiorenzato. This specialty coating, called Dark-T, is comprised of titanium, aluminum, carbon, and nitrogen and guarantees five times longer life than standard burrs.
And the B-Modal version burrs are designed with multipurpose geometry to accommodate a broad range of grinding from coarser filtered coffee to fine grounds for espresso.
