ECONOMY SHIPPING

  • FREE on all qualifying orders shipped to the lower 48 U.S. states only
  • Ships within 1-5 business days from order confirmation unless otherwise noted
  • Shipping rates and delivery times to AK, HI, PO Boxes, PR, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated during checkout. See checkout for details

FREIGHT SHIPPING

  • FREE on all qualifying orders shipped to an address in the lower 48 U.S. states only
  • A shipping surcharge may apply for limited access and/or residential addresses
  • Ships within 1-5 business days from order confirmation unless otherwise noted
  • $349 Flat Rate Freight to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

    Important Information about your Freight Delivery. Your order will be delivered curbside on a full size 18 wheeler.

    You are responsible for:

    • Removing the shipment from the truck
    • Bringing it into your location
    • Noting damaged or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt

    If you do not make note of these issues in any way on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without declaring these exceptions, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.

    Upon inspection, if any piece of the shipment is damaged or missing:

    • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ie - "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on the espresso machine", etc).
    • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
    • Contact us within 1 business day
    • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
    • Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

    Please see specific products for more detail on lead times. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.  Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

    Most items ship within one to five business days, but some may take longer. You will receive order updates with tracking information as they become available.

    We ship using recycled or reused materials in order to reduce our footprint on the environment. Rest assured, every item is thoroughly padded to protect against bumpy travel.

    SHIPPING DAMAGE

    If you feel an item purchased at VoltageCoffeeSupply.com was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service for an exchange or refund within 5 days of arrival.
