Shipping Information, Policies, Dates - Voltage Restaurant Supply



Free Shipping is valid for Standard Ground Delivery to the lower 48 U.S. states only. Not all items qualify, see specific product pages for details.  Our ground shipping lead time is 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Free Shipping Freight is valid to the lower 48 U.S. states only.  All freight orders must ship to a business or commercial address to qualify for free shipping. We charge a $60 surcharge for residential address freight delivery. Our freight shipping lead time is 1-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Important Information about your Freight Delivery. Your order will be delivered curbside on a full size 18 wheeler.

You are responsible for:

  • Removing the shipment from the truck
  • Bringing it into your location
  • Noting damaged or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt

If you do not make note of these issues in any way on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without declaring these exceptions, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.

Upon inspection, if any piece of the shipment is damaged or missing:

  • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ie - "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on the espresso machine", etc).
  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
  • Contact us within 1 business day
  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
  • Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

Please see specific products for more detail on lead times. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.  Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.  

Most items ship within one to five business days, but some may take longer. You will receive order updates with tracking information as they become available.

We ship using recycled or reused materials in order to reduce our footprint on the environment. Rest assured, every item is thoroughly padded to protect against bumpy travel.
