The My Mythos line of commercial espresso grinders, created by Victoria Arduino, focuses on enhancing and upgrading their previous line of Mythos One grinders. The first noticeable feature is the sleek design, accompanied by an LCD touchscreen positioned just above the portafilter fork. However, Victoria Arduino's improvements go beyond aesthetics, with various internal upgrades. One notable enhancement in the My Mythos line is the inclusion of two cooling fans, ensuring consistent temperature for the espresso even in high-volume settings. Moreover, Victoria Arduino has integrated an improved clump-crusher and outlet spout, ensuring maximum consistency and zero wastage while delivering a fluffy espresso. The 85mm flat burrs are now more easily accessible than ever, simplifying the cleaning process and making it quick and convenient.
