For the last several years, the La Marzocco Linea PB has been a specialty coffee staple and reliable workhorse. Now, the Linea PB X AV (auto-volumetric) is taking its seat at the table, and it is equipped with the latest La Marzocco technologies, such as a pre-heating system, independent boilers, and Pro Touch steam wands. Additionally, the machine features a hot water mixing valve that can be accessed from the side panel. The aesthetics of the Linea PB X have also been refreshed, with barista lights and white details on the logos, manometer, display lettering, and keypads. The dynamic preheater ensures that the temperature remains stable, providing consistent brew water and steam even during the busiest times of the day. Despite its lower profile, the Linea PB X offers an increased work area and maintains the renowned Italian design that La Marzocco is known for.
