An Overview of the Voltage Supply Gift Return Policy

Excited to shop our Black Friday sale or find the perfect gifts for the coffee lovers in your life? We’re excited, too! However, we understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite what you expected or needed. 

If you need to return an item, we offer a hassle-free returns process. Here’s what you need to know, just in case your order doesn’t pan out: 

30-Day Return Period 

Of course, we need all returned items to be delivered in the same condition that they arrived in. This means that your product should be returned to us in its original packaging. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, and we’ll send a return label with your item. 

Shipping Charges 

For packages weighing 15 pounds or less, you’ll be responsible for paying a $12 shipping charge per box if you choose to use a prepaid Voltage return label. For orders with weights above 15 pounds, there’s a 10% restocking fee and a $25 return shipping fee per box or label. Freight items, such espresso machines or large grinders, require a 20% restocking fee and $250 flat fee to cover the costs of return freight shipping. 

Items that Are Ineligible For Return

Although we’re happy to accept returns for most items, there are a few instances that aren’t eligible for return. This includes financed products, ceramic wares such as cups and saucers, and special order or customized items. 

Additional Considerations 

In order to receive a full refund to your original form of payment, we need your item to be in its original condition, and we charge a 10% return fee plus shipping costs. Additionally, we aren’t able to refund expedited shipping fees. You can use our prepaid label or choose your own shipping carrier, but we recommend purchasing insurance when using a different carrier. 

We hope that you love your products, but we do everything we can to make returns simple and stress-free when it just doesn’t work out. If you need to start a return, have your order number on hand and contact our customer service team. You can email us at to let us know the reason for the return and your preferred shipping method.
